The American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) Committee Week held at the Missouri Athletic Club in Downtown St. Louis on April 21st and 22nd was a resounding success, bringing together industry professionals from across the nation for a week of collaboration, networking, and shared learning. Against the backdrop of the historic Missouri Athletic Club, attendees immersed themselves in discussions, committee meetings, and presentations aimed at advancing the ASCC and the concrete contracting industry.
Among highlights of the event was the camaraderie fostered during the group dinner at O.B. Clark's, a renowned local establishment known for its warm atmosphere, St. Louis Blues sports memorabilia and great bar food. Amidst laughter and lively conversations, attendees had the opportunity to forge new connections, strengthen existing relationships, and exchange insights and best practices. The sense of camaraderie that permeated the evening underscores the tight-knit community within the ASCC, where members come together not only as colleagues but also as friends!
Adding to the excitement, many attendees had the chance to experience the thrill of America's favorite pastime at the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game. As they cheered on the home team amidst the electric atmosphere of Busch Stadium, attendees reveled in the shared joy of good food, drink, and more one-to-one time while further solidifying bonds forged during Committee Week. The game served as a fitting culmination to a week filled with productive discussions, valuable connections, and unforgettable experiences, leaving attendees energized and inspired to continue driving excellence within the ASCC!
