Why ASCC Certification
Mission Statement
The ASCC Company Certification Program was created to confirm the qualifications of C-I-P concrete contractors for superior achievement as to safety, experience, performance and competency.
Scope
This certification program recognizes three certification classifications as to the type of construction in which the company has demonstrated experience, capability, and quality: General Concrete Contractor, Decorative Concrete Contractor, and Concrete Polishing Contractor. The program certifies the overall company which has responsibility for the safety, quality, and delivery of the C-I-P concrete construction. The program includes requirements for the certification of specific individuals as applicable to project execution. Specialty endorsements for Horizontal Construction (Slabs-on-Ground), and Vertical Construction (Suspended Slabs), are available to recognize a specialty area of concrete construction in which a company has expertise.
