First Place: Vertical Application / Over 5000 SF

The exterior of the building features 332 foot tall concrete arches at both entrances and exposed board form architectural finish on the interior face of the perimeter walls. The signature arch design is continued around the building with select windows on the third floor and all openings on the fourth floor. In addition to the 18,500 yd.³ port into the slab-on-grade walls and columns, the project includes 1750 yd.³ of shotcrete basement walls for a total of over 20,000 yd.³ of concrete.

The basement level is 23 foot tall and extends beyond the north face of the building to provide openings for light and air intake.
