Built in an old grocery store, the owner opted for a two-toned look that felt like water, with a few added highlights. The mixing crew from Decorative Concrete of Virginia alternated between three-gallon batches of dark and light blue, followed by a three-quart batch of white to have plenty of time to blend the colors. 150 gallons of the metallic coat were mixed for the job and the 8,000 SF project was placed in one pour.
