The Grand LA finally arrived in Los Angeles in 2022, the $1 billion complex that was over 15-years-in-the-making. Designed by famed architect Frank Gehry, Gehry Partners, & OJB the project was intended to invigorate Los Angeles’ Bunker Hill neighborhood. The project features over 100,000 SF of decorative flatwork ranging from level 10 all the way down to the projects striking valet at the ground level.
